Orienteering Exercise: Indoor orienteering

Orienteering race indoors, typically in a gym. Good exercise if it is not possible to run outside - also a good exercise for beginners.

Aim: Map understanding. Accurate map reading.
Variants: Interval. Relay
Aids: OCAD to draw the map.
Terrain:
Preparations: Draw the map in OCAD. Shape the terrain by putting out objects in the gym.
Tips: Many short courses. Many controls.
Examples:
