Course on a circular contour-only map without north-lines. As the map is without north-lines, the runners can not use the compass to adjust the map to north, and thus it is necessary to concentrate more on the map reading.

Aim: Improve map reading. Be less dependent on the compass in your orienteering.

Aids: OCAD to make a contour map and remove the map outside the circle. See Tips_on_OCAD_usage for details on using OCAD.
Terrain: Any terrain will do - but not really flat and not too hilly.
