Orienteering Exercise: One man relay

Several courses from the same starting point - one runner runs all courses. Mass start. Typically some parts of the courses overlap.

Aim: Train up ability to tackle pressure when fighting against other runners. Also how to tackle overspeed orienteering. Over Good relay training.
Variants: May have a pause after each round. Can also have a new mass start for each round.
