Aim: Run faster than you normally would do in a competition. The downhill element makes it possible to train your orienteering abilities in higher speed than would normally be possible.
Variants: One variant is Downhill intervals. Another variant is to make a downhill orienteering competition.
Aids: None required.
Terrain: Hilly terrain required.
