Orienteering Exercise: Head-up training

Key information
Exercise Type: Simplification, Terrain memory
Target Level: Elite level, Junior level, Intermediate level
Intensity: Low, Medium, High
Preparation time: Less than 5 minutes
OCAD Required: No
Min participants: 1

Take a normal course and run it. However, instead of actually going to the control, just go to a spot where you can see the control (or the feature if there aren't markers put out).

Aim: Training form in order to keep your head up and look far ahead in the terrain.
Variants: NA
Aids: No technical aids required.
