Compass-training in which the legs to be run are between two roads/paths. This makes evaluation easier as you can easily measure how far you are from the control. You also avoid big mistakes / a lot of searching.
| Aim: | Learn how to use the compass accurately. |

| Variants: | You may remove all details between the controls (white map) in order to make it more difficult / remove the map reading aspect. |
| Aids: | No special aids necessary. |
| Terrain: | Quite flat terrain. Not too bad runnability. |
| Preparations: | Make courses, put controls into the forest. |
| Tips: | Vary the length/difficulty of the individual legs. |
